Private Birthday Party/Event Package Includes:

If you book a large party, you must keep the party to 30 people or less including adults and children. If you go over 30 people, there will be a fee of $15 per extra person. If you book a small party, you must keep the party to 20 people or less or you will be subject to the same fee.

Birthday parties are for ages turning 1-10 only please.

Private use of the entire facility and activities. All parties or events are private only. You may come in 30 minutes prior to your event to set up and decorate.

Some of the activities provided are a large bounce house, rock climbing wall, trampoline, air hockey, basketball hoop, kitchen/doctor toys, large building blocks, climbing dome, etc.

Ability to bring your own outside food and drinks.

We will have one 6 foot party table, and one 4 foot party table available for use, as well as a 6 foot picnic table/bench for seating. You will also have access to all the other tables/chairs/benches in the facility.

Birthday parties and events must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you would like to book an event longer than two hours, please give us a call for pricing and availability. Longer times are dependent on availability, so please reserve accordingly.

RESERVATION DETAILS/RULES

Rental includes private use of the entire facility and activities. Kids must be three years or older to use the bouncy house. No adults are allowed in the bounce house. This is for safety of the children and for our equipment.​

For a large birthday party, you may have up to 30 people maximum (adults & kids), for a small birthday party you must keep it under 20 people or less (adults & kids). If you go over your maximum number of guests, you will be charged $15 per extra guest.​​

If you are wanting more than 30 guests and or longer than two hours, please give us a call or email and we will let you know if we can accommodate that.

You may come in 30 minutes prior to your start time to decorate and prepare. Everything must be cleaned up by the time your event is over. This allows us time to clean the facility up. ​

You may book and pay online using our website under the ‘Book Online’ tab. Or you can book by calling the facility or email. We accept cash and debit/credit over the phone or in person.​

All children playing in the facility must wear socks. If you do not bring socks, we have some available for purchase. ​​

You are welcome to bring in decorations for your birthday party or event. Balloons MUST be tied to weights (Please no balloon arches).

Please leave confetti, glitter and silly string at home. It makes a mess and takes a long time to clean up. Pinata's are fine, but please bring something to hold it up as our ceilings are too high.

We will have trash cans available for garbage, but you will be required to clean up your mess and leave the facility how you entered. We understand that toys might be scattered, but please throw away your plates, cups, food, gift wrap, etc.

We have limited designated parking spots at Prineville Play Cafe. Please do not park at the art gallery, laundry mat, or tanning salon. There is extra parking in the back alley and plenty of off-street parking off of Deer St.​
We reserve the right to evict patrons for violations of these rules without refund.
